I just found out over on another 'network' as Hilltop would say, one of the best and one of the earliest (at least to my knowledge anyway) HO decal makers out there has passed away. Rob (I think his last name was Ventura) originally started with the name Radical Decals, then changed to RobsModeling, was one of the first guys I ever met that made decals for the 'small stuff'. I used a lot of 'em back when I was customizing diecast. So when I got back into HO slots a few years ago, it was only natural for me to go to him. Matter of fact, I still have a few sheets of assorted sponsor decals, and about 5 or 6 names to use. So I will now use them as a tribute and memorial to Rob. 
I don't know anything more than he has passed. His sister posted the news over there earlier today.
RIP Rob. You will be missed.
