I see bodies are allowed to be repainted. Is grinding the inside allowed? What about replacing the OEM glass? thanx

You have to run the stock glass. As for silicone tires, there isn't a silver bullet that I know of. The rules just state .485" max dia and no wider than the rim. If your tires stick out past the outside of the rim, they should be trimmed back so they are flush with the outside of the rim. Matt

Thanks on the grinding/window info. On the tires, I am really out of the loop on what is available. My local tire source has silicone coated foams for the road racing gang. I really a brand name to hunt down and maybe part numbers or something to look for.

I really a brand name to hunt down and maybe part numbers or something to look for. The silicone tires that I'm running on the X-Tractions are American Line "Tuff-Ones" tires. They will stretch to fit on the x-traction wheels and measure about .468" mounted. They are also narrow enough to fit completely on the rim as far as width. This is the same tire that I run on S/S and Ratt Rods. I don't think AML tires are available anymore but Jag hobbies sell tires that are the same size. They are part # s101 in their silicone tire section. Matt

As far as i know no weight taken away or added,no grinding on the bodies, basically this is a bone stock class, and the only thing you can change is tires, and nothing else at all, except painting
