I was wondering, does anyone have the rail height info for the different track manufacturors such as Tommy, Tyco, Max tack and so on.

should be able to find stuff like that on the SCI forums
I think LL rail is the highest in the plastic "big 3"
for my routed tracks I aim for about 0.25mm (10 thou), I vaguely remember Tomy being something like 9-12 thou
