Just shortly after Christmas I received my AW Drag Strip. On Sunday my son and I were going to do a little racing and one of the controllers would not work. So I fired off an e-mail off to AW asking if they sell replacements. If that didn't work I was going to try and repair or look to E bay. I just received an e-mail from Douglas, the customer service rep at AW, wanting my address so they could send a new one at no charge. Needless to say I'm pretty impressed, this is excellent customer service. Jim

That's great to hear! Seams some of the racers are having some issues with the set. I'm still waiting to get mine from Ebay. I hope I don't have any problems.
