Just picked up May's Car Craft. Nice 5 page article and pictures of the NTRA finals at Lions Drag Strip. Great article on the HO Slot Drag racing scene and nice plug for Nitro Slots board. The article starts on pg. 56. Bob

The May issue of Car Craft arrived in my mailbox today. Must have been a slow month, 'cause the editor gave 5 pages to the NTRA Finals coverage. Back in the day, I used to write about 1:1 drag racing for CC ("Drag Racing's Incomplete Magazine"), so it's fun to write about HO drag cars with tongue planted firmly in cheek. Here's a shot of the lead page (unfortunately no pics of Aurora Divine, however). CC has an average monthly circulation of 225,000, so I'm hoping we might pick up some new racers here on Nitroslots.com. Cheers, Rick V.

I gotta find a store around here that actually carries Car Craft! Think there's only one, and I only get over that way like once every 3 or 4 months! Guess I'm gonna have to make a special trip for this! Ron (Bondo)

Picked up my copy at Walmart today. Only had one left. Very nice job Rick V. Great writing and cool pitures. Very informative. Being around Drag Racing all my life this article really makes our hobby look fun and appealing to the Drag fan/racer or any real race fan. When you try to tell people about our hobby they think your crazy. Hope it opens some eyes and shows people that has no clue these slot cars and races exists and brings in some new racers young and old.
Rick

I picked a copy today. It was terrific! There was so much information on the cars and track it almost looked like a slot car magazine with a few full scale articles thrown in. lol

I can't find a store that even sells car craft. I put 47 miles on my car and visted 7 places today looking for a copy. I found a butt load of "import tuner", "street import", "compact tuner", "ds import", "honda tuner" and the such. Derwood even looked at Advance auto and Auto zone and nothing. This sucks!
