Try Barnes and Noble, and/ or Borders.
I lucked up and got the last one at each in my area.
Being larger book stores they are likely to re-order.

I just found one at Walmart and bought one off of ebay yesterday.
Great article Rick! It's great to see HO Drag Racing get exposure in a big magazine like Car Craft.

When I was on staff at Car Craft in the 1970s, we sold 250,000+ issues on the newsstand. According to the latest circulation figures, they now sell 19.628 on newsstands. Given all of the difficulties that many nitroslotters had in finding the May issue, I guess I'm not too surprised.
Thanks for all the kind comments on the article. The response has been very positive. I heard from the CC publisher asking about track builders because he's interested in getting an HO drag strip!

Hey Rick ask for them if you can do another article sometime on some other Events we have.iam guessing it would be great for the younger Kids reading their dad car craft to see these articles and want to get dad involved.

My 1=1 racing partner stopped by with an issue for me . When he seen it he knew I'd want one . I wasn't going to even look for one afetr seeing how hard they were to find .
