Hey guys - Didn't want to walk all over billyb's thread with 4-gear bable (did I do good Sam?). Might have found problem with idler gear binding. Measured posts on gear plate, got .010 for large idler, .009 for small. Holes in both large and small gears measured .008. Rat tail jewlers file spun in holes seems to have fixed problem. Can't say this will work for all gears, have some where hole is just off center.
