Balancing motor. Second pass with new motor just a quick punch down the strip, results in blown crown gear. mmmmm...... time to go to the garage.

First look at Eagles match race car. The paint is not finished. Checkout Eagle Racing Slicks on 33 Willys.

I dig them both ;D. The tires are new racing slicks that I made, silly foams. Finally got the gears right and man do those slicks hook up . The crew is sporting Eagle Racing shirts and the other is an NTRA official. I wanted the crew to have a more traditional look nothing fancy .

Sweet work on everything - you seem a bit like me, having a crack at everything from tyres to motors to...
Gotta ask - who prints the decals, especially the white bits???

Use two different printers, one is Alps the other is a Samsung color laser. The laser is backup mainly to the Alps. The laser does sharp decals just have to trim close or be creative with background to match paint ;D

I also use a Delrin wheel for these slicks. I thought Sam did a how to on these Cordell. I can do another one if you need me to.

I also use a Delrin wheel for these slicks. I thought Sam did a how to on these Cordell. I can do another one if you need me to. There is a tutorial in one of the issues of NTRA Quarterly. Just wondered if there might be some new tips not obvious or covered in the tutorial. I would be most interested in materials used and supply sources.
