steve1138 to be honest I really designed these for my RTR cars I sell on Ebay. I did not think that anyone would be interested in wheels for slip on tires. I think most racers make there own. I still have to remove flashing, true, center drill and paint them. I plan to do a few set's for prize give away's at the Summer Nationals. Let me think about it.

I said more info on the new wheel design would follow, so here it is. These wheels in photo start out .355x.170 they are designed for the Jel-Claw hot rod tire. I picked this tire because it is narrow (I don't have to cut it down) and it is very stretchy. I plan to build a range of wheels so the outside diameter can go from say .475 to say .575 maybe a little more. More wheel designs will follow later.

After designing the new slip on wheels I thought of an idea. If I make a range of slip on wheels a racer would be able to quickly change wheels to see what works the best. Once this is figured out it would also tell you which silicone foam tire would work the best for your setup. If you decided that you needed that tire. It would take the guess work out of it. I am using the Jel-Claw tires and I will have a full range of sizes. I will be using the hot rod tire and the Tyco front tire. The Tyco front tire has a side wall height of .075 and a width of .200, the stock 4G tire is .050. This tire will work to give me what I am looking for. This will help the racer zero in on the correct tire size for their race car. I can't stress how important this is to a fast car.

I'm in for the first set off the assembly line. Sounds like a great idea. Thanks for sharing.

I thought I would share with everyone what I ran in M/FC to win that class. As you can see from the photo I am running a Viper Scale Racing chassis. The arm is an old 3.2 ohm BSRT not as fast as the newer arms but fast enough. I used the traction mags that came with the VSR V1 chassis. The motor mags are some older BSRT polymer. I do not remember number. They are pretty strong. The gear ratio I used was an 8T pinion and a 20T crown. The tires and wheels are Eagle Racing. The size was .450". In the background you can see the new narrow wheels I built. These use the Jel-Claw hot rod tire. These were outstanding and I think they look great. They are very easy to tuck under a body.

Started back working on my masters for casting a couple of Ford drag bodies, almost there. I had a Vicky ready for a Mega G and now I am going to fit it to a G3/Viper chassis. Photos to follow later.

I have now finished widening master for a 64 Ford Falcon. The 66 Ford Mustang is also finished. I will pour the mold for these both today.

I finished the first part of the mold the outside. The next part will be the inside. Here are two Fords I have been working on. Both of these will except my new narrow wheels. The bodies are wider so they will fit. This way the wheels can be tucked and the body dropped. The other photo with the almost finished cars also use the narrow wheels and tires. I have these setup to fit the 4Gear chassis.

Great bodies!! I have plans for that Mustang. I also have several more that I need to get ordered from you. I will let you know. Cleaning up a set of those 3D rims I got from you for paint. Very nice as well and happen to be my favorite ones so far. Those are going on the Pro Mod Galaxy I just finished. Thanks for posting cuzzo.

Thanks Jeff! Funny when I joined this site I only made a handful of drag bodies. I now have 40 different drag bodies that I make. Soon to be 42 as I just started a 67 Olds 442 and the Vicky is getting close. That is not counting the drag bikes....

Thanks Dave! Jeff was wanting to see a few more Fords so I thought I would make some. We call them Anglia. That is interesting to know, thanks for sharing. I am looking forward to seeing some kiwidave projects soon. Remember you are always welcome to race at the Blacktop.

Working on a few projects. I got the first casting of the Olds 442 done. Then I started prepping the Falcon and the Mustang for inside molding. In the background is my body for the upcoming Econo Dragster/Altered class and a 71 Plymouth Satellite Funny Car. In the fore ground is a casting for me. I have started fitting my Dodge truck to the chassis. If it turns out good I will go ahead and do a few to sell. I think it will make a nice pro mod.
