Thanks guys, Jeff the rims are modified Vincent wheels. All you do is slip on the Hot Rod Jel-Claw push back to flange. Then get some 400 grit sand paper and sand off excess in a figure 8 pattern, stop when you contact tire. Take off tire and look for any high spots. If you see any put tire back on and sand them off. When you are done you now have a chrome wheel fitted with a narrow Jel-Claw. I think it is pretty trick.

Time to get the hand winder out. I gotta wind a motor for a racer out of Chicago. He likes to go fast....

The picture does not due this car justice. I sprayed a white primer, then coated it in silver with a Pearl White over that. Then added blue racing stripes. I wanted to keep it as a street car and simple. The picture is to bright. The Pearl White was very deep with a lacquer finish. I wish I had a better photo. I finished it with 4G chassis fitted with o-ring fronts and narrow Jel-Claws on the rear.

Thanks RM...Here is a new casting for me. I know this has been done by lots of casters, but I have not done one. It is a simple casting nothing different, yet... I have been wanting to do a 66 Nova just never got around to it.

Glad you like the cars here is another body I cast a while ago and finally painted it. This 49 Mercury has Eagle narrow custom wheels with Jel-Claw tires. It also has chute chords and blower linkage, with custom o-ring fronts.
