Kinda got away from t-jets for a long time, until joining nitroslots. Years ago we'd change pinion and crown for hop-up gears. Forget exactly how many tooth the pinions were then, but for last NTRA race went with the bigest I could get. And the dogs I sent just didn't run. I think I was aware, but never really thought about the variety of sizes available today. What size was everyone using at last race for N/PS. Guess I'm most intrested (and maybe everyone else to) in what the big dogs were using. TIA..................PC

Thanks guys - Thought maybe I figured out the difference in times. But it's back to the drawing board. Ran the same gears, guess I'm in for a hole lot more of tweaking work to try and get times into your ballparks. ..............PC

Right now only have 22v wall pack and 5' of track to test. Sure I have 13v pack someplace, still trying to find it. Will voltage make such a difference when setting up chassis? Only thing I can think of right off hand is brush tension. Been tighting that up, maybe looser is better for lower voltage. .................PC

I pretty much run my brush tension the same reguardless of the voltage.
