Post a challenge or a match race you would like to see. Limited matches will be run. The number
of matches and which ones to be run is at the discretion of the Track Master. Get yours in early.

I guess I'll kick this off with a race I would Like to see.
Last year 440GTX hosted the 'King of The Streets' event featuring Magna/X -traction
chassis runnig as muscle cars. Since 440GTX as the host did not get to run his car,
I would like to see a match-up between 440GTX and the reigning 'King of The Streets'
champion Wood. Not trying to start no rift, just thought it would be a competitive
race. I would suggest the same rules as used in the 2010 event.

Oh yeah, I'm in.........................course it helped me that Rick Vs hauler never showed up. I think he had me by a 10th. I got some work to do if your cars are close to ricks!

I would like to challenge someone to a Match Race at the NTRA Finals. I've been working on a Bantam AA/Fuel Altered mounted on a 4 gear chassis and would like to run it. I thought we could use the rules that apply to the chassis portion from either the Nostalgia F/C or the Slammer classes and run what ever body you want. Be it Pro Mod,Funny Car, Altered or Dragster or what ever. Any takers. I am open for suggestions. ''HAIRY CANARY'' Rick  |

Rick I'll take you up on the match race. I have a hearse altered 4 gear that I built and would like to race it. How about building these by the slammer rules. I have never raced those should be fun.

Wow! I like the idea of the 'altered' class bodies. Too bad I'm a little late on this response Rick. I too been working on an altered, a Fiat. In Big John Mazmanian (which the decals are yours) colors with some gold added. Maybe I could still send the car as an 'alternate", you know, 'just in case'..LOL!  Hopefully, I can get my new Ratt done. Last two times I sent it, it sucked..lol. So, I started all over again. Ron (Bondo)  |

Hey Ron, Have a 4-gear slammer just needs a body. Don't know what it will do, timming not done yet. But I'll have a go at our current champ if your talking 4-gear.
Checked about half of the photo-cells, and all work. Need to get them into track. Also got a TM basic, but computer needs to be partitioned so I can get windows 98 in. TM won't work with current set-up.

I assume you mean the "Pistonator" Cuda, right? Sounds good to me! I will gladly accept the challenge! And, just so ya know, haven't touched the car since Sam's race, other than putting the wheelie bars back on (they came off in shipping) and making sure it still runs, and probly won't have the time to 'tweak' anything either. But, as long as I don't have anymore 'bad luck' before the race, the car WILL be there! (been dealing with my own personal medical issues and as of yet, not sure what's happening, see the docs this week, that's one of the reasons I been pretty quiet on here lately  ). And yep, that would be a 4 gear car. ;D Glad those cells work. I got them from a guy on Ebay and just haven't had the time (or enthusiasm) to start messin' with my track. Ron (Bondo) |

If for some reason you can't make it Ron let me know I've been putting together a new doorslammer . I don't think it'll be needed though, if yours is ready to go. Take care of yourself and let us know whats up. Tom

Hey Ron,
Not sure on the body yet, those sad N/FC cuda's won't fit this chassis. Might be stretching the rules on this one. But it's the first thing that came to mind when I saw a 4-gear (before seeing rules). If you get curious send me PM. I'm curious how it will work and what will be said.
Most important for this race is your health. Good luck at doc's, be well and take care.
