"MARCH MEET" Anyone Going

Wanted to know if anyone was going to The "MARCH MEET". March 1-4 at Famosa Raceway near Bakersfield California. If so stop and say Hi. I will be driving the Team Craig Nostalgia Top Fuel Dragster (Formerly CBS Racing) We sat out last year to re group Mike Craig (owner) made some chassis changes and updates hired a new crew chief with new motor combination and brought in a new crew. I am fortunate enough to still drive the thing. I am going to bring some bodies with me and try to promote the sport of HO Drag Racing. If time allows. So if you plan on going stop by and mention NitroSlots and I will give you a body or two. Pictured is old paint (night) new paint scheme is blue with flames. We tested this last weekend and still have some bugs to work out. We are planned for more testing on Wednesday and Thursday before the race. Best we ran with old combination was 5.80 at 257 MPH. We are hoping to dip into the 5.70's and break into the 260 MPH range. We still run the full quarter mile all on a 12 inch wide tire. NHRA's way to slow us down. Hope to see you.
