O.K. fellas. FYI........2nd page of the Info. and Entry thread, Eagle opened the race up to match racing. So make your challenges. I personally would like to see the cars ( I think I can speak for Eagle as well ). Yes, Eagle, Slotfather and I are going to be busy that weekend, but the whole weekend has been dedicated to the race....sun up to sundown and beyond if need be.

Pete, You are right, let's not overload the system just yet. Three classes should be a hand full as it is. Just keep my challenge in mind for the future. Race on bud, Kaboom

Actually PC, this isn't the first time that many classes have been run. In March of 2011, at the "Rocky Mountain Thunder Nationals" at Psychoslots (Sam's track) 4 classes were run. Ratts, Gassers, Doorslammers (the very first race for this class), and the ISRA Mountain Motor Pro Stocks. It actually took Friday nite for qualifying and a few rounds of racing, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday to do it. If I remember right, there were even a couple of match races thrown in there as well. BUT...Sam DID have a LOT of help too! That was actually the race that I did the best I have ever done to date. As far as these 'outlaw' Doorslammers, MY personal views would be poly mags (shimming allowed), any brush setup (including 'wet com' setups with brush cups), any arms including rewound arms no lower than 4 ohms, can be balanced, polished and trued, any tires, any crown gears including brass or delrin, braids and shunts, any chassis mods as long as it still 'looks' like a 4 gear, and Doorslammer bodies, run on 24 volts or higher. Now THAT would be some racing! ;D (would also see some SERIOUS 'sacrifices' to the "Gear Gods"! lol) Ron (Bondo)

Hey Guys,
Looks like the match racing is on. Keith, and Tom, if the Camaro that Tom, is dusting off is a P/M jet I know Keith said he's up for a P/M race.
Ron, I have a neo jet with an arm from "Sgrig". We talked about the two cars once before. Could be a "Sgrig Built Exhibition". As long as Jim, dosen't mind us calling it that.
Whatever you guys decide, just some ideas. But count me in for something.
..........Peter

Eagle, I'm getting more and more interested in seeing what you guys do with these cars, since they fall right into what me and you talked about on that Outlaw class! I have NO doubt we'll see at LEAST 60+ mph passes out of this! ;D Ron (Bondo)
