i was wondering where you guys are getting parts, tires ect. we are getting the track together and would like to get the racers pointed in the right direction when they need to get parts that can't be boght at the local hobby shop. what sites, stores, or persons?

The best guys to deal with are the sponsors and supporters.
For parts and tires Jags and Lucky Bobs. For oil, track cleaner,and lubes, Slot Car Express. And for resin bodies, Hairy Canary, Eagle Racing and Lonestar Racing and Resin.
A lot of them are members here, go to the front page, look at the bottom and click on them. It'll take you to them, then just find what you need.
