OK, race fans, this is your chance to relive your misspent youth. The Wally Parks NHRA Museum in Pomona, Calif., is hosting its second Lions Reunion on Saturday, Dec. 1. That's the 40th anniversary of the Last Drag Race held at Lions in 1972.
As part of the festivities, I'm taking the HO slot car version of Lions to the event. Hoping to see the Snake and the Mongoose go at it again, this time on 13.8 volts instead of 98 percent nitro.
I hope that some of the Nitroslotters can make it to the event. Here are the details:
