One day closer to the show!! We had another race sponsor arrive today.....Kdog Racing with a super sweet ( as usual ) custom car to give away! TGM2054's race team also rolled into the pits with what looks to be an all out assault on all the classes.
These teams pulled in late lastnight and were checked in this morning.
Bondoman2k showed up with his N/FC and N/TF entries. Always good looking customs coming out of Lone Star Resins.
Dragfool's (2) car team showed up in the wee hours of the morning. We left the light on for them. This is the N/FC #9 Vega entry.
.......And the #10 N/FC entry. Super clean Charger ( think it's a '66 ). One of my favorites so far.

TGM2054 is the only race team to arrive today. They all rolled in as a convoy.
A couple of almost identical '55 Chevy Nomads are the (2) Street entries. Hard to tell these two apart. They look ready to get after it.
The crew didn't waste any time unloading the funny cars. Those guys are all business.
.....And finally TGM's N/TF entry from the last race.....and I might add....a very nice looking F.E.D. It had some mechanical problems that kept it from running, but those have since been corrected and he's ready to put it on 'em!!!
Alright....that's it for today. We've got one more day for the remaining racers to show up. I will be looking for them to get checked in tomorrow. Let's get ready to race !!

I'm glad too see they made it! A last minute body swap from a Corvette to the Omni saved the day. I thought I made the Nomads different enough to tell one from the other, but looking at the pictures, it is kind of tuff to tell, sorry about that. ( But hey, you'll have ole Eagle eye there, he'll be able to tell the difference)
Post office website shows my cars have made it in just under the wire. You would think San Antonio to the DFW area would be one day. All I can figure is that Austin is in on the way and as they are the cause of most problems in this State that's were the delay must occur. None of these cars have any time on them yet, just a check with a 9 volt battery to make sure they ran.

On the eve of the 2013 NTRA Spring Nationals......and the final day for race teams to arrive....we had (2) teams show up. SKR and chriswfo. If it works out, any teams that might come in tomorrow may still get an opportunity to run. We will deal with that when it happens. Due to the race format, it should work out fine. Hate to see someone go to the trouble of building and sending cars and not get to run.
SKR pulled in from a long road trip from the mountains. That F.E.D. is definitely a thing of beauty!! Rumor has it, he will be giving it away after the race to some lucky racer. SKR is also a sponsor of the Spring Nationals and brought a lot of goodies with him.
Chriswfo came in a little later in the day. The first of his group were his (2) N/FC entries....a Plymouth Arrow and a '70 Cuda.
Not far behind was his N/TF F.E.D. There's some trick stuff going on here. I can hardly wait to see what it can do.
Finally....the last of the full race field arrives. Two '71 Cuda's that go into the super clean catagory!!
