I have an idea, the may event at Maple Grove is a test and tune. Why not have everyone who would like a Pro Mod class build and send in their version.Poly motor mags and 4 OHM min,any chassis even inline and be willing to share your build with us all.Like were all parts are from and cost.Keep in mind in order for this class to exist all parts need to be available to everyone. Just an IDEA!

Hey Ron....lots of races this year, so still plenty of time to race once you get settled in. It will be good to have you back in the mix. The "62 Tbird I mentioned earlier is actually your mold. Going to try to build it up for the July race. I think it is a unique body. Good luck on your move ( I hate moving ) and look forward to seeing you back in the races!!

WOW!!! got alot of you thinking. what i would like to see it a true PRO MOD class based on the 4 gear car. leave the pro stocks in there PRO class, and mm/ps to its own. i don't know the technical side of the class but it would be great to have an ALL PRO MOD event in the NTRA. and yes Eagle, i am frantically getting atleast one car ready for july's race. hopeing to get two ready for the show.

HEEELLLLPPPP!!! I love PRO MOD but were are the FORD bodies.Looking for a 56 Crown Vic like the old JUKEBOX and anything other then the late model Mustang. Hey kar2nr I would love to send my cars to Iowa as long as they aren't already needed at a NTRA race.I'm also building a track and hope to host a NTRA race next year but anyone willing can race at my track. How about a 55 Sedan Delivery? Even though it's stock dimensions with no rear wing, I think it would look great with a blower sticking out of the hood too. Randy at Hilltop Customs popped some of these a while back, fits 4 gear chassis.

Nice...nice...nice...wazzer! That is another thing I like about the Pro Mods....unique body styles! The big scoop does look good, but yes, an ominous oversized blower would look sick sticking out of the hood! Hope to see you build that one up.

Randy's castings are top notch! Here's one that i'm working on, although not a pro mod, more of a gasser type it could easily be changed bt adding a wing off of the back of the roof and addind a blower or hood scoop. This one is getting a set of injectors and fender well headers ( as soon as I can find a suitable set of headers)

Right now there is no Pro Mod Event it was just an idea some of us talked about making such a class. The closest thing we have right now is Doorslammers and they will run in July.

Pro Mod and Door Slammer are one in the same in the NTRA 4Gear class. I believe it is that way in the NHRA also.
