Have been talking about shipping to NZ with, Doug. He informed me that when at PO he inquired about shipping. $77.- for the U.S. PO to hand off to FED X in NZ. Can anyone verify this or was the PO employee out of his mind. If this is correct are we looking at $154._ or there abouts for shipping and entry.

Pete, When shipping over seas thru customs, send the package as a gift and fees are removed. I am pretty sure about this but I was wrong once before. LOL Keith

We may want to send our cars to a central point and then have them shipped to NZ, same thing coming back. That way the sponsors don't have to send overseas either. We all chip in for shipping one box over there and back then the entry fee is used to send them back to us once they arrive back in the US.

Have spoken to Ninja about posting to a central point in the States and then onto NZ. Shipping is not as expensive as pceng has stated. That high price is for 3-5 days. There is a cheaper 2 week option. I will try to keep the shipping as low as possible. I will meet the costs of return postage from NZ. Expect to pay a similar amount as you do for a race in the States.

Dave, i asked at my local post office 34667 about shipping flat rate boxes they said USPS doesn't ship to NZ so they ship to Fed ex and it's $35 for 2 week or $74 for the 3-5 day mail.... That's the $5.80 flat rate box. Not sure i trust Fed ex? Might share a hauler with PCeng if he's sending something your way, but that race is still some time away...Thanks Doug412
