I'm thinking of getting new controllers and need to know witch ones to get, Higher OMH or lower OMH

The lower ohm controllers are better for the faster/hotter cars. But if you are going to be running any Tjets, don't go below 60ohm. hoslotcarracing.com gives a very good explanation of what ohm controllers work best with different car types. Look under the Electronics tab toward the bottom of the page.

Ohms, is a measure of resistance to the flow of electicity. If you are going to be running cars in a road race, then a controller with some varience in ohms may be desirable. Like a 0-60 ohm controll for t-jet types, and maybe a 0-30 ohm control for inline types.
If controls are to be used just for drag racing. I would use the lowest ohm control I could get. Like a 1/2 ohm control. The lower the ohms on a control the faster you will supply full power to the track. Controls are variable resistors, like dimmer switches for lights. Lets say your finger moves the same speed every single time the lights turn green. Flipping an on-off switch will give you full power faster than anything with resistance. Resistors are used to cut the flow of electricity, or to drop the voltage going in to a resistor as to coming out.
Just my take on the matter, hope it helps ........ Peter

I'll be drag racing only at this time. If I have room, after my drag strip is done, I'll be doing a super speedway like dega Thanks You guys are the best!

Generally, for a nice responsive all rounder controller for HO scale, 45 ohm is a good starting point.

At the Blacktop Raceway we use 60 ohm controllers. I have found that stock Tjets tend to jump out of the slot on my track with lower ohm controllers.

A popular controller rating for the Tjets is in fact at the higher end about 90 ohm !
