I was wondering what the current thoughts are about which chassis is best for MM/PS. I'd like to get one together for the October race and next year. I've read the buildup using the Super G + but have read about some racers using Tyco, Wizzard, BRST and Mega G. Cost is a concern too. What do you guys think?

I have only used Super G+ chassis so far and I have never built an inline before racing here on Nitroslots. I have parts to build a Tyco and a Super G3-R for next year, but my money is on the Super G3-R chassis being the faster of the two.As far as cost I have followed the build link on Nitroslots and got my parts from Lucky Bobs and felt like it was a great deal.

Chris I am not an inline expert, but I have it on good authority that the BSRT G3 and the Super G+ are the best chassis for that build...in that order. The BSRT stuff is of much better quality than the SG+. Those two chassis are also supposed to be the fastest of all of them. I am sure there are exceptions to this, but for the most part, that's the way it is. Also, don't believe MM/PS is running in November unless something has changed. That race is Street and Pro Street.

I run a Wizard P3 and BSRT G3. The Wizard P3 is my faster car as of now for me. The BSRT G3 had problems staying in the slot. This is not the cars fault it is mine, just have a few issues to work out. Both are excellent cars. The cost is about the same for both.

Super G+ or anything along those lines works the best. I use to have a Tyco, had all the 'bells and whistles'..still ran a full tenth of a second off what the Super G's ran. This was back when we ran the first MMPS race in NTRA. Even Had Sam check it out after I built it ( he gave me the parts). No matter what he did the car couldn't match the Super G. Let me know if you need a chassis Chris. I got an extra I'm not gonna use. Ron (Bondo) 8)
