JUST FOR FUN part 2

I have recieved 5 responses. Of the 5, 4 are correct and 1 incorrect.
Now for a bit of a twist, of those who resonded you know that at least
one of you is wrong. If you are confident in the answer you submitted
then you are ready to more on to Part 2 of the game. If you are second
guessing your response you can change in Part 2. In either case, for
Part 2: submit the position of cars and this time indentify the make
and model of the cars you selected. Submissions that include model year
are considered more correct than those without model year. Ex. 'Buick
Regal' would lose to 'mid 90's Buick Regal' while 'mid 90's Buick Regal'
loses to '93 Buick Regal' even if correct answer is '94 Buick Regal'.

Didn't get in on Part 1, well you can just jump in with Part 2. Pick the
2 cars that are different from the rest in the photo, submit positions
and identify make and model. PM your responses to ninjatek.

This contest to end 6pm(ET) Sunday. Just over two days left. Still a chance to get a
guess in today allowing you two more tries before contest ends. Of all submissions,
all but one has Part 1 correct; only one submission with 25% correct on Part 2; no
submissions with correct answer to Part 3. Correct answers to be revealed at end of
contest.

First one to submit all parts correctly win choice of new AW Blue Ultra-G T-jet
chassis or new 6.0 ohms mean green armature. Second submission with all parts
answered correctly gets remaining prize. Submission is by PM to ninjatek only.

Here are the answers.

Part 1- Which two cars are not like the others?

Answer: Lane 3, car 1; lane 1, car 5. In a field of cars that appear
to be everyday drivers or possibly Street class, these two stand out
sporting some air induction equipment clearly not apparent on the
other cars.

Part 2- Name make and model of cars.
Answer: The car shown in the red circle is a '65 Ford Cyclone.
Ford Comet or Ford Fairlane also would have been acceptable.
The car in the orange circle is a '63 or '64 Chevy Impala.
Chevy Belair also acceptable.

Part 3- Which statement is most likely?
The cars you selected, in a drag race (excluding racing each other) . . .
1.) . . .can not beat any of the other cars.
2.) . . .can beat only a few of the other cars.
3.) . . .can beat a most of the other cars.
4.) . . .can beat all of the other cars.

Answer: Number one is most likely . . . in drag race these cars could not
beat any of the other cars in the field. An acceptable reasoning might have
been the cars are out of their class and would be disqualified. Here is a
shot of the two at a race event about to race against each other.



But the number 1 reason they would lose is because they are slot cars, which would
also disqualify them from running against the others.


These cars are Kdog Racing customs made exclusively for NTRA. These cars will
be offered up as prizes later this year. More details to come.
