Hi all,
I have 3x custom arms up for grabs. Introductory offer for a short time only - $35 USD for all three, postage from Sydney Australia extra.
* 36 gauge / 2.3 ohm
* 37 gauge / 2.0 ohm
* 37 gauge / 2.8 ohm
These are new & un-used. They will soon go for $25 or more individually when production goes into full swing.
I just finished winding a 36 gauge / 1.7 ohm and fitted it to my custom Mega G test car (/w barrels, springs, shunted brushes, independent front end, N52 traction mags, Wizzard silicone/sponge rears, etc ) and she totally screams ! You will need at least threaded adjustable brush barrels and high temp springs in any car to dial these arms in properly. At 22 volts it draws a stable & constant 1.3 amp at WOT on my banked test track (it's basically two drag strips looped / banked together). I've pumped up to 32 volts through these arms and the sound reminded me of my old group 20 1/24 wing-car ! They get rather hot if sustained at that voltage level tho so it's not recommanded, but they have no issues handling 25 volts in 5 minute races....
