Finally got Greenbrier Raceway 100% operational and am gonna start some racing. Figured before I look into "classes", it would be easier to simply start running some brackets / E.T.. My question is what would be a good breakout time to run for HO... or do you just use the dial-in time for breakout (e.g. breakout if you run over reported dial-in)

Break out would mean running quicker than your dial in or class index.
IMO index and bracket racing should be a part of any local race program. Any car is legal and as long as you can cut a good light and run close to your dial in or class index.... then anybody can be competitive which is why it is so popular.
Good luck with your race program and keep us posted of your events and happenings, I always like seeing the innovations you come up with.
