Had to go to bed lastnight as today (Sunday) is my Monday. Just woke up and went through last part quickly. Thankful (very) to come away with the win in N/TF. Congratulations again for KS1933 for N/FC win and SKR for the Pro Street win (Sam that car blistered the track). Phantom a little bit of a slow start, but once you got rolling, you killed it. Good job on the inaugural event! Sure makes for some long days doesn't it. :PTrack is looking good and I have a couple of questions for you once things cool down a bit. Thanks for putting on the show and running our cars. Thanks to the sponsors for all your support EVERY race....EagleRacing, Hairy Canary, and NTRA.

Was just looking at the pics again and wondering if anybody else got the.some impression concerning the alterds running in N/TF. I got tthe feeling of the N/TF being spiced-up. The mix of body styles seemed to add some pizzazz to the class. Really had the feel of an outlaw, bad boy (and girl), run what you brung kind of event.
I do admit, alterds ......mmmm gassers too have always been favorites of mine. The different body styles and characters driving are way more intresting to me than the same cars and drivers wearing different paint jobs.
Hope to see more alterds in the future. If you liked alterds running in the N/TF speak up and they could become more a perminent part of the class. We might even have to re-name the N/TF class. Call it the, Way cool out of control front engine outlaws. Or somethiwng to that effect.
Alot of entrants to this race event. Should be a whole lot of opinions or thoughts om this. What do you think? Be nice to hear fron the old, and those new to the site.
Cordell, just hit me this should be under different thread. Perhaps you could take care of this when you have time.

This seems to me to be one of the most competitive races yet. I love the competition for sure. It certainly motivates me to find more speed. I am also a fan of the Altered bodies being run. I know they are not technically a dragster, but there are no other classes that they would really fit and I AM A FAN OF THE BUILDS!! I think that I actually look more forward to seeing all the cars than the race itself sometimes. I am excited at where this class is headed with the innovations of Eagle and SKR. Unbelievable the things they are doing. I hope to contribute to that come time for Summer Nationals.

at first I wasn't a big fan of running Altereds with the FED's but now have to admit, I do like the mix. Maybe a future event could be a "Blast From The Past" where the rules of NT/F apply but any body style would be legal as long as it was nostalgic? just a thought.

Hey Iceman, was that your Mickey Thompson Mustang? Wanted to say thanks. Helped make the event for me. Been bringing back.memories since seeing your.car. Always was amd will be.a fan of his. Think I cried the day I heard of.his death. Motor sports in general wouldn't be where it is today without him being a.parf of it. He excelled at racing anything he wished to. The LSR's, the innovative ideas that helped him obtain these records. And helped, everybody else get where they are, wheather they know.it or not. ......Yep, I'm a fan forever.
Hey Phantom, thanks again for hosting! When you catch up on some sleep and have a sec. Do you think N/TF axles may have been turning in hubs, maybe grabbing intermittently.
