Decided to crank up the printer today and do a project I have been wanting to do for some time. As you know some classes of cars must use the shorter wheelbase chassis. Some of the bodies I have been wanting use on these chassis are a tad bit longer then the wheelbase. I have been using the separate front axle tube setup and glue it to the shell. For me that did not last very long and I found myself repairing them a.lot.
Here are a few poor photos of my Wheel Base Extender that will drop right into the front of the short chassis and held in place by a screw which is part of the chassis. Need to clean it up a little. And yes it even has recessed pockets for the shoes to clear!
