Hope the AW drag strip is just the begining. Parts are available for the cars you mentioned along with many other makes of chassis. If you scroll down home page you'll find names of suppliers. Have you checked for anything local ? Also on home page are sections on tunning for just about every chassis there is. If interested , the NTRA runs a proxy racing program through the site. 2015 has a race every month , scheduling & rules are listed on home page. Lots of fun for all ! Hope you join in ........... If you don't already have some kind of t-jet oil you will need to pick some up to keep the pancake motor running smooth. Link For Oil Here www.hoslotcarracing.com/Lubricants.htmlAnother thing you could do is upgrade to a 22 volt Tomy power supply, you can get one from Lucky Bob's for $21.00 + shipping. This will work with your track without needing any mods. Link For Power Supply Here www.lucky-bobs-slot-cars.com/AW-DRAG.html

consider buying DASH magnets. cheaper and easier to find than Super II dimpled yellow and blue magnets. previously mentioned online sites will have them as well as others. probably even a little stronger too.

Al beat me to it, another thing is probably some better rear tires. With a mean green and Dash magnets your going to need traction.

Last I saw a chart with magnet strenght , Dash was on top. Strongest there is without going to poly mags. Dash are also the closest to matched as they come. Both magnets are close to equal strenght. Important if max performance is goal. Tires as mentioned , will become more important as speed increases. Some of the classes we race allow traction magnets to be added. Radio Shack carries Rare earth dot magnets (two in package). One of these glued to bottem of chassis will handle most builds. Extreme builds may well need more.
Hope this and info from others help. If you need help finding things here just ask............. Peter
