Congratulations and get ready for some sleepless nights. Long time ago but I remember those days.

Is there a weight limit (min.) for the DS's. Don't remember seeing one in DS rules. Finding led in my DS bodies.
I know this is.late , but how are cars acting at 18v ? Are wheelie bars needed. DS have always been touch & go on 13v depending on track.
tia........ Peter

We have always run them at 18v. My N/FC cars get down the track at 18v without any traction magnets but have a little wheel hop at the launch. I added a little downforce. I always run 2 traction magnets on my DS....even at 18v. I haven't changed anything on them for 22v.

OK I'm in. I wasn't sure if I was going to make the show or not. Cordell please put me down for (2) N\FC and (1) Doorslammer. Hauler will be leaving today. Might not have numbers on cars if they have not been assigned by the time I go to the Post Office. Looking forward to the race.

At 18 volts they do need some wheelie bars as they tend to lift the front with decent traction. No need for wheelie bars on the 4 gear NFC, they can't pull a flea out of bed.

I have one on most everything.

I also thought there was a minimum weight for the DS. Especially when I was finding led in my bodies. But as was pointed out , nothing in rules. Is this meant to be ? A change in the rules or perhaps an omission. Just sort of caught it by mistake. Either way needs to be cleared......... ooohh , Ninjatek.
tia....... Peter

N/FC's track record holder for Atco Dragway's SUPERNATIONALS is jjwallace, and the defending class champion is ks1933.Both of them are on the list of entries for this years SUPERNATIONALS.Track records could fall as 2015's N/FC champion is crowned, and this could be you.

Peter Peter obviously I saw that it wasn't posted in the rules as Dave pointed out. I'm treating it as an omission because we have always had a minimum weight to encourage customizing with that class. That part of rules did not specifically get discussed that I can remember but I believe there should be a minimum weight for a lot of the classes going forward. I agree that it needs to be cleared up for the future. Doesn't matter for this race. I usually don't use tmags on NFC at 13.8v but I am running 1/2 a mag on each car for 18v and they are smooth all the way down. A full magnet was too much and slowed cars down. They are not blistering the track anyway so I need all the help I can get.
