Dave,
Not planning on selling the bleacher supports. However if you send me your mailing address I will send you a set of the 3D pieces and you can go from there.
The supports will need a little cleaning up but one painted they look good.
The Evergreen styrene I use is size .040 x .188

No plans to do the people on the 3D printer. . . . I am afraid they would put me in a straight jacket after doing that!
Found a bunch of people sitting in a couple of sets by Presier. HO size.

You might check on e bay in the model railroad section. Sometimes you can get a lot of a hundred figures for a reasonable amount of money. You'll probably have to paint them, but they don't have to be that detailed. Those Presier figures could get expensive after a while
