Well figured I may as well start a thread to showcase the good, bad and the ugly of the projects I have going on. Mr Wallace's thread got me motivated and while I really should be working on Labor Day National cars, I am touching everything but. I am the king of "oohhh shiny" and getting distracted very easily with too many projects at once. While I need to get more event focused, most my builds are just me trying to make realistic builds that are primarily used for basement bracket and index racing. I will try my best to keep this active on a regular basis. Comments, criticism and opinions always encouraged. To start I have a Dodge Ram. For whatever reason I have been in pickup truck mode lately so I am going to make this one a priority to finish. It will be a replica of a real car (not telling yet). Just a typical JL Dodge Ram Added a small cowl hood that will be cut out for a blower hat Smoothed out the tailgate and made a roll pan. I added the top of the wing and am working on the angled sides. Also laid out the chute mount hole, charge lugs and on off switch locations Sorry for the terrible pictures, need to work on my editing

Here is the preliminary work on the chute mount. The retaining clevis is still a tad large, but it is coming along. Chutes are properly cloth covered with folded flaps. Mock up of the chute mount on the truck.

alright, those chutes are awesome. I'll have to try this on my next build. This is something we haven't seen in this scale yet atleast not on Nitro Slots.
We have a talented bunch of customizers here that like to share new tips and tricks. Keep up the great work all!
