Al, I know you need a video camera. To do this you also need special software like Vid Blaster or Vmix. Vmix has several how to videos on You Tube. Also on You Tube are videos on how to do live streaming cheap. I believe Vmix and Vid Blaster have free 30 day trial offers. I hope this helps.
There are also some how to videos from folks that help church's that have very, very limited budgets on You Tube.
