Most people use a host photo storage site. Photo Bucket is a good one. Go and sign up(free) to Photo Bucket. Then click the upload button. This should open your "My Pictures" folder on your computer. It is similar to attaching a pic to a email. Click on the photo you want and then click open at the bottom of the window. The pic will automatically upload to Photo Bucket.
When you have managed to get pics uploaded. Let us know on this thread and I will step you through uploading pics to a thread like this one.

there is a facebook link thingy on the left side of the screen.
I would guess that you can post pictures from facebook.
I wouldn't know how though.
