Good day...
It's been a long time since I've participated on this forum, but in less than a month I'll be launching a brand new slot car magazine, called Slot Car Mods Magazine - Everybody's Slot Car Magazine, covering HO, 1:43, 1:32, & 1:24, reminiscent of the old Car Model and Model Car & Science magazines, except that we're a 100% digital format and FREE to subscribe to...
We are looking for the following:
1 - Does anyone have an email address for either Gary or Troy Mead...?
2 - We are looking for content as well, in the way of "Readers Rides", etc... [High resolution photos only - 300dpi or better][Send pics to submit@slotcarmods.com]
3 - We are also looking for the HO slot car small business that is willing to donate to our Give-A-Way program in exchange for an article and ad in the magazine... [For details send an email to: info@slotcarmods.com]
4 - We are also looking for subscribers - it's FREE...

Hi Ron,
It has been awhile. I don't believe the Meads are making bodies anymore. Kdog might be able to get you an email address? This forum is dedicated to HO Drag Racing however we have many members that enjoy all forms of slot racing (including myself) so I'll gladly help promote your new magazine. Maybe you could return the favor by giving Nitro Slots & the NTRA a little exposure? I'll be subscribing soon.

Sam... Thanks for the promo, and in return their will be a banner ad in the "Thank You" section of the magazine for Nitro Slots... Do you want me to use the picture at the top of this page, and what about a logo for the NTRA...? The magazine is for all forms of slot car racing and drag cars are certainly included in that... I'd love to have some pics to post in the Readers Rides section, and I remember you used to take some great shots of some of your killer builds... I may finally take the plunge and build myself a drag track... And yeah I'm aware the Meads don't make their stuff anymore, I'd just like to get in touch with them... Thanks again and all the best...
