Holy Moly!!!! I never expected this. Jeff your track is great.Eagle the video's are cool.All you racer's are spectacular! The close et's made for excellent Raceing. To all. Keep testing and keep tuning to keep all our events this exciting. Thanks all for the congrats.

PS.. I did not have a body for nostilga top fuel to enter the class. I really want to try the class.

Econo Dragster first race to make the ladder and Round 1.

Race 1 ADR gets out first and cuts down the tree. The driver did his job. Jordans Army car still drives around at half track. and takes the win. 1.64et to 2.02et.
Race 2 Eagle gets a huge holeshot but drops a cylinder and allows KS1933 around him at the top end. KS1933 wins 1.205et to 1.462et.
Race 3 Kiwidave teammates are up against each other. The roadster is the fast one today and leads from start to finish. #6 wins 1.083et to 1.293et.
Race 4 No upsets here......Sjracer is strong and takes the win putting Kar2nr on the trailer. .991et to 1.329et.
Race 5 Jordan gets a huge holeshot but thats only because SKR wants it wants it that way. SKR takes the win easily 1.057et to 1.644et.

Semi Final 1 Best race of eliminations and arguably the best of the day! Identical reaction times for both cars so it comes down to horsepower and SKR has more of it! KS1933 didn't go down without a fight and wasn't far of the pace. SKR 1.140et to 1.185et.
Semi Final 2 Wow!! Back to back awesome races. These guys want it bad. Sjracer gets a slight holeshot over Kiwidave and continues to hold the lead over the roadster. Great race! Sjracer 1.102et to 1.096 WM .006

Once again we have had another very competitive and close final round. SKR gets a slight holeshot and continues to pull away down the track. Sjracer stayed close the whole way, but SKR has been consistent and fast all day. SKR takes the win 1.076et to 1.094et.

Well that wraps it up for the 2016 NTRA Winter Nationals. This race started out a little rocky hoping everybody would make it, but it ended up going very well! I am worn out and my brain is tired. Hope everyone enjoyed the racing action. I will bring closure to the event tomorrow and award the Best in Show at that time.Thank you to all that entered and sent cars!! |

Congrats Vince on your dominating weekend! Thanks Jeff, Robert and all of the Winter National sponsors for putting on another great event. Last but certainly not least..... Thanks to all the racers that support this site and the NTRA. Your the ones that make this a great place to enjoy some friendly competition doing what we all enjoy. Looking at the last two events I'd say the fields are tightening up which has made for some great racing. Let's keep it going..
