It's going to be a while to finish. I get home roughly once a month, but it will get there. Do you hold sanctioned events on scale 1/8th mile tracks that are single wide?

There is no reason why you couldn't run an event. We have had one 1/8 event in the past.

Sweet!! Always like to hear of new tracks going up! Keep us updated on the track developments. Any idea what you will be naming it?

Welcome to the site. The Slot Dragon is a great starter system, I had few problems with mine when I had it. No problem running an 1/8th mile race. Recommend starting with some of the milder classes and not overloading yourself as racemaster. Check out the upcoming race at Bear Creek. 4 gear stock and inline stock will be running, great for a starter race if you want to compete.

Yes be sure and check out the race. You can find more details in the General Discussions thread on the main forum page. Here is the link nitroslots.com/thread/4286/bear-creek-dragway-ultimate-challenge. All you need to do is send in a stock inline with your favorite Manufacturer body on it....Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Independent (Pontiac, AMC, etc.). The 4 gear stock is not a class race. It is actually a team match race pitting racers from New Zealand (Kiwi Racers) against Nitroslots racers that will be matched against them. As it stands now, looks like there will potentially be (7) Kiwi racers. Hope we might see you there.
