Race 3 Dave loses CO for #4 spot with loss to Kiwidave.
Race 4 Hairy Canary CO Ecbill for the #2 spot.
Both cars et slowed big time and it was reflected in their 60' times. They picked it back up and the Blue Streak put on a mad top end charge to barely take the win and remain in the #2 spot. Could there be some mechanical issues brewing with these two cars? Ecbill .7540et to Hairy Canary .7647et. WM .0031.

Race 5 Ecbill CO JJWallace for the #1 spot.....top dawg.....crown jewel.....the.....ok ok.....
Leihua's Rose leads this one at every interval to stay on top at #1. Blue Streak is slowing with every run down the track. Thay will get it figured out before the next race. Bill holds onto #2 to finish out the weekend. JJ .6712et to Ecbill .7634et.

Race 6 Nosub to race #3 spot (Hairy Canary) for the #3 spot.
The Aces Wild Willys breaks the beam first and leads past 60' but falls way off after that. May have blown a tire or a gear but HC's et is way down. Nosub easily takes the win and moves up to the #3 spot while Hairy Canary drops to #4. Nosub .7105et to Hairy Canary .7952et.

WOW that was a lot of racing!
That is the end of The Ultimate Challenge and as usual I am brain dead.
I have slow motion video of quite a few of the list races, but I am not as proficient as some with my editing skills. I will go through and edit in the coming days and get them posted so everyone can see how some of the races went down. I will post some more tomorrow and bring closure to the event. Thanks to everyone for sending your cars, Nitroslots for giving us this platform for proxy racing, and my wife for helping with this event. Now she knows the work that goes into this.

This was a great weekend of racing. Thank you Jeff for hosting it and for the entertaining coverage. Thanks to all of you who participated. It seemed like a lot of very close match-ups in this event!

Jeff That was a Great three days of racing. The race coverage was Awesome and Thank You for hosting. Congratulations to the NZ Team for some exciting and outstanding racing and for kicking our butts. Looking forward to next year this was really a fun race. Congrats to all the Winners and all who came to race.

BONUS COVERAGE
I guess it's more like bonus info. I took a start line pic of the cars. I took Moonshine's damn Yankee Cuda and the Twisted Texan Pinto and ran them head to head. They were the two fastest cars from each team. The Pinto has found something in that car and blisters the track for two more record setting runs while the Cuda also runs two record breaking runs on that big tire. The Pinto was just faster on this day. These cars were hauling the mail!
Congratulations to the New Zealand Team for some awesome racing! I can hardly wait till the next Kiwi Challenge!!

The cars were flying this weekend with record setting runs being made right and left. It was a handful to say the least. This was supposed to be a small interim event to fill the gap between Spring racing and Fall. It turned into much more! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. First two days temps were in the 90's and Saturday it rained all day. Just the right conditions to spend with a bunch of slot cars in the garage. Thank you to everyone that sent your cars and made this happen. I love seeing the cars.
Congratulations to the Chevy Team with their impressive Manufacture win! That race was a lot of fun. Also congratulations to Dave632 on low et and setting a new track record.
Congratulations to the New Zealand Team on their Kiwi Challenge back to back wins! When the going gets tough....the tough get going! You guys and gals are awesome! Till next time. Cheers! Great job!
