Lets try it now...Hello Gents, coming to you live from Silly City, DC. Will be sending my GTO for the Open Bracket. This will be my first ever drag race, I'm a road racer so I'm not versed in dragology so this will be interesting...

All my cars are ready for the race except the Frankenstein T jet. Took the Street Outlaw Nomad for a spin and it was a little off running .57s @ 20v which is about .02 off of it's best. A little more T&T should get it back in form.

Be sure to ask questions as this is different from road racing. Running the bracket race is probably the best place to get started as the more experienced racers have little if any advantage. Check out the times your car runs in the practice runs and be sure to dial a little lower to give it some room and avoid a breakout. I am sending 2 small sub .5 missiles in but they will most likely lose to a 2 second car. |

Put me down for 2 bracket cars Jeff. I will take some of the FED action and you up for some drag bike racing? My 32 Ford will be at the track Dave632 stock arm, braids, slip-on's, any gear, stock motor mags, poly traction mags wanna race?

Ok thanks. I never can remember what the bikes run at. The 32 Ford is basically the inline Super Stock build. I'm going to list it that way.

I have one with 6 ohm in one if that is what you are running but I will have to change the body which is currently Lexan. Attention Attention
We are now inside of 1 month till Raceday.
Bracket Race format has been added to Page 1 of thread under the Sign up list. Be sure and check it out!!
This is how we have run previous Bracket races here at Bear Creek and also at Blacktop Raceway. We are looking forward to it!
I will be sending race address out in a PM this weekend.
We need some more entries!! Come on this is an easy one and anybody can win! It's always a blast and we have some great racing. It's gonna be a great show! |
