Wow! Like this one! A few things that really stand out for me . . . . - Decal work is outstanding! Did you print those? - Paint job & color of blue. - Detail painting on front end. - Smoothness of glass areas. - Linkage on side of blower. - And of course, the wheels.
Awesome creation Jeff, thanks for sharing!

I just noticed the vp signs and fuel drums in your ho garage. VP c11 (legal for stock and super stock) is now $915 for a 55 gal drum. Now i know why i am not racing full size cars even though I have two stockers in my garage.

The most expensive fuel back when I was racing and running N20 was 118 octane at 18.00 a gallon. I can imagine what it is now. I would generally mix some of the various higher octanes with 93 octane pump gas depending on how much N20 I was running. Since I could not get a lot of power to the ground any way I was usually running 1/2 and 1/2.

Thank you Gale and everybody for the good words! I really did mess up the stripe around the front fender and I'm not real happy about that. The body contours there only exaggerate the flaws. I did the silver stripe decal but all of the others are purchased decals. I order most of them from Jag Hobbies. Black is Duplicolor lacquer black from Oreillys. I have three base colors I use....Duplicolor black, white, and silver. The blue is Santee "Beach Blue" lacquer polish. One of my favorite solid blues. The detail on the front is actually decals. I take white or clear decal paper and paint it with a couple of coats of the lacquer color of my choice. Then I can cut the paper into stripes, rectangles, whatever I want. They do not need to be sealed due to the lacquer paint so they remain thin. But the paint can be brittle which is the problem I had with the stripe. I think I painted the paper a little too thick and it wanted to crack on me. I have been able to curve my painted stripes in the past. I use 30min epoxy to flow into and fill the gaps around the windows. I do this from underneath and I like the effect. I will do a tutorial on that and painting the decals sometime soon. There is actually no blower linkage but I need to start doing that. And lastly......the wheels are the same as what everybody is getting. Those stay on my build chassis that I use to mock up my bodys and for glamour shots .
