I did some work on a couple of chassis for someone and these bodies were on the cars. I liked them so I bought em. Both will most likely make the trip to New Zealand for the next event. Boy are they slow 6.7 mph for the Snake and 9.3 for the Thunderbolt. The Ford is a Jet style body so I don't know if it can run with the AFX type. Snake

Yeah! Those are nice body's! I been eye ballin' that Snake body myself on ebay. Sure would like to acquire it one of these days, although, after I get a few other racing projects in the finish pile . It does appear, according to my interpretation of the rules, that only AFX magnatraction & AW X-traction chassis' are allowed in the NTRA Street Class. Maybe you could get that body to mount after you cut the side tabs ?.? Would it limit the tire one could use on the rear? G

It is up to the race director to decide which chassis are allowed in his classes. The upcoming race in NZ is for AFX style chassis.
