Great pictures and a great group of cars! There are some very cool rides there, but there is one that stands out to me......that Javelin of Jim P's. I'm not always up on all the bodies that are out there, but I can't say that I've seen one of those. Very nice! I'm getting pumped for the race Al....looks like that fans turned out for the parade of cars. Thank you for running the race.

if anyone knows were to get 64th scale people from let me know as the crowds at sandfly are the same people every time I go out there.

Jeff, Those Javelin/AMXs were made by Aurora originally and reproduced by JL. They came with a flat hood for Trans-Am racing or a Pro Stock hood. I believe there was a red/white/blue one donated as a prize at one of our events. |

1/64 is S scale in trains.
HO is 1/87 which will appear way too small for most slot cars.
I have been able to get 1/64 painted people on eBay.
let me look around and see if I can find some I haven't used.
you can also buy unpainted 1/64 ("S" scale ) on ebay.
most of these are coming from asia, so they take a little longer than US shipments
