It's the final day of racing for the Texas Nationals. It's been an epic event thus far with some cool cars, fast racing, and heated competition! I am going to wrap up the 4 Gear Super Comp first. The results are already in, I just need to post everything. So stay tuned for that........
List races will follow. There will not be much gap between Round 1 and Round 2 so unless there are any objections, if I don't hear from someone and they are capable of racing up, I am going to do that on their behalf. I will not race anyone that is having car issues. Any cars that break during either round will not lose their spot, but I will allow cars below them to call out the spot above them so as not to hold anyone up. Make sense? Anyway....let's get after it.

4 Gear Super Comp Semi Finals
Semi Final 1 Hairy Canary's Nash Altered loses some ET and Dave's wedge is not a car you can do that with. The Wedge lays it down and is in the Final. .6025et / .6604et
Semi Final 2 Hairy Canary has both of his cars in the Semis....fantastic job! Pure Hell makes a solid run while Cozee's Ghost Altered falls off with gear issues. The Bear Creek Maxx Trax surface is taking it's toll on gears. HC is meeting Dave632 in the Finals. .6190et / .6659et

PSO Round 1 Call Outs (CO)
Lots of movement in Round 1........
CO 1 Kiwidave CO Ecbill for #7. Ecbill leads this one from start to finish and keeps his spot at #7. .6610et / .7292et
CO 2 Hilltop CO Nosub for #3. Grady gets the jump but Blue Silk Corvette drives around him for the easy win. Nosub is looking ahead. .6281et / .6988et
CO 3 JJW CO Dave632 for #1. Dave is in front the whole way and stays at #1. JJ was there but could not close the gap. .6061et / .6216et
CO 4 Nosub CO JJW for #2. Nosub gets out one car at the hit and keeps pulling through the traps. He takes #2 spot from JJW. .6242ET / .6429ET
CO 5 Ecbill CO Hairy Canary for #6. Close evenly matched cars. Steeler Vette leads at every incremental and takes the #6 spot from HC. .6636et / .6729et
CO 6 Gnome CO Hilltop for #4. Grady is the first to leave at the light. Grimace has a little more this round and takes the #4 spot. .6610et / .6833et
CO 6 Hairy Canary CO for #5 spot forfeited due to loss in Call Out 5 to Ecbill.
CO 7 Cozee CO Kiwidave for #8. Kiwidave handles the newcomer easily and keeps the #8 spot. Cozee's Camaro struggled to make that pass. They will need to do some work before Round 2.

CO 2 Hilltop CO Nosub for #7. Purple Haze makes a strong pass to keep the #7 spot. .7189et / .9821et
CO 3 Dave632 CO JJWallace for #1. Jungle Jim seems to be a little off today. Thunderbird stays at the #1 spot. .6778et / .7345et
CO 4 Nosub CO Gnome for #6. Super close race. Gnome barely holds off the charging 57' Purple Haze and keeps #6. .7175et / .7237et

I'm going to keep moving forward. I still have a little work to do to get the rest of these done in a timely manner today. I hope everybody is OK with me racing up instead of waiting for the call outs to be posted. I started thinking about drawing the order out of a hat or something like that and decided just to do them in order. In the end you have to beat the guy in front of you no matter who it is, so order doesn't matter. The Call Outs for Round 2 are posted below.
