The Chevelle ran quicker on JJs track than it did on mine. Go figure?? I'm seeing a LOT more consistency with the Gassers. More voltage....a hotter build...and braids. Round 1 results coming up.

Tjet Gasser Round 1 eliminations
Race 1 The Chevelle slowed slightly from qualifying, but was still the faster car today and takes the first win against Sandfly's Challenger. Dave632 goes into Round 2 .6852et to 1.2809et.
Race 2 GTS Team cars going at it. The red Willys betters it's qualifying time, but the Henry J is on a tear and turns on the win light. .8243et beats a .8849et.
Race 3 Can Kiwidave and the Plymouth pull off the upset? Not if Hairy Canary has anything to say about it. The Falcon leads at every incremental. The Plymouth runs it's best ET but gives the win to the Falcon. .7087et to .9347et.
Race 4 Team cars against Team cars....hate to see it, but that's how the ladder falls sometimes. Nosub's purple car puts the green Willys on the trailer and moves onto Round 2. .7472et to .9961et.
Race 5 Eagle has a tall order going up against the #2 qualifier. Both cars pick it up for eliminations. But Christine has bad intentions and puts it on Eagle's Willys. Dave632 wins .6616et vs 1.0185et.
Race 6 These two Henry J's saw each other in qualifying. They leave together and Ecbill pulls steady on Kiwidave all the way through the traps. Ecbill wins .7961et to .9245et.
Race 7 Everybody is stepping up for Round 1. Kstocks runs his best ET in a losing effort. Hairy Canary's Corvette is strong and takes the win moving on. .7088et to .9990et.
Race 8 Last race of Round 1 puts a blue Willys against a pink one. Gnome's pink Willys lays down a hot lap and puts Kstock on the trailer. .7876et to .9429et.

Tjet Gasser Round 2 ladder
ET's have tightened up for Round 2. We should see some good races. The top eight cars moved forward. Dave it looks like Christine has work some witchcraft on the Chevelle. They have flip flopped in ET's now. Confused the hell out of me for a few minutes. I thought I switched the cars, but no, that's how it's played out from Qualifying till now. Christine now looks like the car to beat.

Tjet Gasser Semi Finals ladder
Things have changed as the car to beat has developed a mechanical issue in Round 2. Will the problem get corrected? We will see. It's anybody's race to win now. The two top Teams are set to go at it.

Tjet Gasser Semi Finals
Race 13 Great race! The lights drop and the Chevelle is out first. The Falcon likes to eat on the big end but it runs out of track. 2mph faster than the Chevelle but Dave632 moves into the Finals with his #1 qualifier. .7112et to .7160et.
Race 14 No noises this time from Christine, but the performance continues to fall off like a rock. Meanwhile the Corvette is holding strong and looks ready to meet Dave632 in the Finals for the second day in a row. .6969et to .7773et.

Tjet Gasser Finals ladder
Is Dave going to sweep the Classes this weekend? It won't be the first time. The Chevelle is steadily falling off in performance while Hairy Canary's Corvette is consistent. It could go either way.
Gasser Finals coming up fast........

Tjet Gasser Finals
Finals The #1 and #3 Qualifiers on the day. Both drivers are wide eyed and up on that wheel. Almost identical reaction times as the light goes green. Chevelle has a mean 60' and gets the early lead. The Corvette has been showing it's top end power all day and does it again here. Hairy Canary is not going to be denied this time and drives around Dave for the win and the Championship. .7061et to .7181et. Another great race!

Congratulations Rick, Hairy Canary, on your victory and to all who made the quarter finals and Semis. I think Christine's evil has spread to it's moving parts it will be very cross soon.

Congratulations Rick, Hairy Canary, on your victory and to all who made the quarter finals and Semis. I think Christine's evil has spread to it's moving parts it will be very cross soon. Dave I think I may have cursed Christine when I said it was the car to beat. I can't tell what the problem is, but that may account for the erratic times??

Well to all current and future racers. Lesson be learned. Never run a JL chassis in competition. The Camaro is a JL Chassis

Congratulations Rick on your Gasser win! What an awesome race event! I thought the excitement of the Stock race yesterday was killer but this one surpassed that IMO. A lot of nice looking Tjet entries, hard to pick a favorite, so I picked 6 . Awesome job everyone on builds and racing! Killer job Jeff! I'm likin' this tjet racing too .
