Useful tape I stumbled upon

I found this ''plastic'' tape @ work. It is a rigid poly like material that is still bendable. I have used it as a shim for magnets and am going to try using it stacked under osss magnets as a spacer for installing them in magnatraction  chassis. The tape is sandable not sure if paint would adhere to it.Hope the pics can give an idea of thickness. Just thought it was neat and I'd  share
