I was building another Unlimited inline and Scale Auto/BSRT had a light weight Neo motor magnet so I purchased a set.
I sent a message to Scale Auto about those motor magnets saying I was very disappointed with them and got a call from Gary at Scale auto saying that those
magnets were not meant for drag racing. They are designed for track racing where heat is a problem and are not suitable for drag racing purposes.
He also said I could return them for credit or refund and I will do so.
I told him I appreciated the call and will mention it on our web site which is why I am writing this.
This tells me they are a company who cares about their product and they are willing to stand behind it.
It also means you should still not buy those magnets as they are not suited for our purposes.
