I prepared a few more Unlimited cars for the November race including one for a member who has not raced here yet. Hopefully he will race in November. All of the unlimited cars have now hit 60+ mph on my track at 20 volts. The car that set the record however was the one that held it with a 66.8 MPH pass. That speed was surpassed with a 68 MPH run. It had lost a race for the first time in May and I imagine it wanted to show that it was not done yet. The ET of .2473 is not the quickest on the track since I changed how the cars are timed which seemed to ad about .03 to the ET of all the cars New track record
55 Chevy 68 mph

No Bill but Unlimited will be one of them. I will announce the classes right after Jeff's race.

Impressive ET's Dave. Fastest I've ever witnessed was in the .3's. Anything with unlimited or Super Comp pancakes at your race? I'm planning on building an unlimited Tjet for fun after my race. I just scored a key piece of the puzzle for it. Hint.........it's metal and has 15 teeth .

I am jealous. I have one cast brass 15 tooth crown gear that I got from Eagle that is still in one piece. We can at least have a match race with those 2. The other car running against the 55 was a chassis I just put together, it ran 59 on its first shot out of the gate.

I'm doing a 660slots Superbird custom for him as payment. I am thankful for it for sure!! A match race sounds good to me. Let's do that. I will see what I can engineer with a chassis. I should have everything I need. This thing is going to run at more than 20v though. I'm going all out.......low ohm....neos, but no wet comm. I will keep the brushes. Maybe a shunted brush......the possibilities are endless .

Yes we can run at whatever voltage you want, the cars stopped from 60+ with no big problems. One of the cars went all the way to the last foam stopper.
