Shemp tried to tell Moe he couldn’t drive but Moe said “quit your bellyaching. All you gotta do is hold the wheel straight and hit the gas.” Followed by a slap and an eye poke. After Curly went wild with the nitros, we drained their bottles. No worries there. Don’t let them talk you into a refill! |

Could not sleep 😁 last night, thinking of the big race and all the great competition from our fellow Drag racers,
Welcome Back Al Pink 🤔 Mmmm and I hear there is another Supercar champion that has joined us 👍 had heard these Rumors from a fellow in Florida some time ago,
But that fellow would not give up his name, well I would like to welcome
"Steve Daniel" another supercar Drag champion to this big event.
So sleep would not come "BUT"
I was thinking that we needed another lower end supercar, so I dug up some parts and build one from scratch, hard to do my order from Wizzard got stolen,
Had to true up a old crown Gear,any
Tricks, ideas welcome !
To be honest I can make a real mess of one 🤣 just ask Dave about that.
So Question Dave can you enter me another super car hope She will make at least 45mph

Mike you already have 2 entered but we can surely run it down the track a few times to
see how it runs and you can always substitute one but even your slowest Super car is running over
50 MPH.
This is by far the biggest event I have ever had and the Unlimted interest is also by far the biggest. With some known
very fast runners.
SJRacer and Comet are in the Super car race also. Should be a tough field. I put two of my fastest Super cars
into the event both the current and former track record holder so I did not put in any filler cars for this one.

The AJR hauler left DFW this morning headed east to Tennessee! Should be there Tuesday or Wednesday. Everybody is probably getting tired of the AJR bodies by now, but I put some more in the box for giveaways! Good luck to everyone! NOT ME. . . . I can't get enough of 'em |

well guys .... waited until the last possible moment again. started Friday and thrashed with only a few hours sleep here and there. my SS cars are mostly stock with only braids added. my index cars are all stock AW 4 gear, so they might not be in the zone.
in any case, I had to build Hank's cars too ..... he has been in hospital for almost a week and is due to come home today. I am waiting for a call to go pick him up.
like I said, didn't test anything and barely broke in most of the cars, but I filled my part of the commitment.
not sure how the unlimiteds are gonna run on the voltage suggested, so don't count on me being head of the class.
I certainly gave each one (built one for SJracer too) my best ability with what I know and the parts available.

Just got my cars mailed today. Did not get a chance to do any tuning, but I wanted to be in the race anyway. Dave, puts on a fine race and looking forward to it, thanks Dave. |

Thanks Robert, good luck at the race. Looks like some tough fields will be running at this race, my biggest event ever by far.
Hopefully everyone gets their cars in the mail by tomorrow which should get them here by Friday. Over 50 cars signed in already which
is about 1/2 of them.

Dave my cars left this morning should be there Thursday. I to had little time to tune. My list cars got no attention. I didn’t get to build a Pro Mod 2.5 so Dave please scratch my 2.5 and add another Super Stock and another index car please. So not to confuse things that makes 2- Stock, 2 Super Stock and 2- Index. Like Al my SS cars are my in-line stocks I had and figured I would send them for track time and add to Dave’s car total😁 My index cars are 2 old Tyco’s Ive had for years with everything old hard and wore out but they was consistent on my track. One was running 1.10’s and the other 1.18’s see what happens ? I’m hoping Dave’s track is a little faster ? Thank You Dave for running another race so we can all play😁
