It’s nice to be able to connect who's who from the various sites. A lot of people use fictitious names. Most of us were on internet forums long before there was FB...Everybody used a nick name....I am SWEET (sounds like a candy commercial).

Curious about your wheelie bar set up on the metal body rig.

Drill a hole in the back. Keep it close to the frame rail. Then I have a body mount plate. Next the wheelie bar. Here's probably the only important part. Keep edge of wheelie bar up against the body mount. When complete this is going to keep things sturdy. Then just go wild.

When your done you could solder the plates , super glue them or leave it be, holds up just fine. When the body is screwed on it holds everything together nice. If your using a different body and just going wheelie bar I'd make the side a touch longer to bend towards the wheels then maybe some super glue when you put the wheelie bar on. You could just put a square plate back there and solder brass tube on if you wanted. I was going for fast and done for now lol.

I like it, gotta do one now. Of course my approach will be with one of the Eagle chassis, you have inspired me...

I ended up cutting a little piece off the back Bill. The screw was stopping me from lowering the body mount plate. After I got it lowered I had to change the motor mount as well... Like the James Bond extending front axle. Shredding the opponents tires is much more subtle than the bazooka!
