Buddy from work says " i hear your into slot cars" yep i say. well my uncle has some old stuff he wants outa the shed. 40 minute drive later I got 22 thunderjets, 6 brass pan tyco pro's , 1 afx magna traction , 10 non m/t afx , 2 magna traction 4 gears , and a tyco motorcycle. all complete. been sitting like 40 plus years , 2 decent sized boxes of parts with at least 20 more t-jets in various stages of completion.. I will be keeping about half of the cars so let me know if you collect the old stuff and folks here get first crack at it before it goes to the mad mad world of e -bay. Most of the t-jet bodies have been hacked up but about 10 or so are pretty good Once I get a little organized I'll post some pics if anyone is interested. A real walk down memory lane for me.

Rich, What a great thrill to find a lot like that! I’m happy for you! It’s like being a kid at Christmas, maybe better. Bill

That was a true barn find . You should be able to make some good race cars from that lot. I am very envious as finds like that are very few and far between.

Nice barn find. My best one was about 5 years ago where a guy wanted out of his HO slot cars. I paid about 800.00 for about 120 cars plus parts. I sold about 99% of them.

So far I have got about 8 t-jets running decent, 9 so far have just started smoking when the powers put to them. There are some real head scratchers in the body department, like a 63 vette rear mated to a 69 firebird front, and of course many poorly cut out wheel wells. $300 bucks for what appears to be about 50 cars total. 6 tyco brass pans run like they're new. hoping to make my $$ back and get to keep around 10 cars total. prolly make most of the money on t-jet parts lots that e-bayer's seem to pay crazy cash for

Can't believe this gem was buried in the bottom of one of my barn find box's. A true custom that might be my e-bay ticket to early retirement

T jet parts and stuff sell well on E bay. You will do fine. I have been selling HO slot car parts etc. on e bay for years now. Just bought a new carbon fiber pool cue shaft with some of the proceeds along with countless HO drag racing parts etc.
