Racers are getting their guesses in early now, very good. Wait until you see how close one of them is. Jeff, one more day for guesses on this one. Bill your Bazooka man refuses to leave the forest at the end of the track. If we have a racing accident we know who to blame. GTS, I here is a shot of the bottom of the 55, even the tires are stock sponge and no braid on the pickups. A real freak runner as I have had many of these chassis and this is probably the fastest stock one I have seen, the pickups are not even making good contact, hard to figure what makes em work sometimes. Shifter chassis
Bill's Bazooka man in the woodsIf Sam's bazooka guy shows up at Smoky Mountain, the boys could have a good old time! Especially if there is some good old Smoky Mountain Moonshine involved.

Oh Bill you just talked the bazooka guy into a road trip. Who knows maybe he can stay at Dave's place and hang out with yours in the woods.

Jeff has his guess in, now we will see how the leaders did on this one. Bill I have had quite a few of those chassis. I converted several of them into cars with both head and tail lights. I remember the car you ran in the past that won the stock class without traction magnets, it was a great runner. For my next event I am thinking of a pure stock class, no gearing, braid, and only stock traction magnets + no Viper, BSRT or Wizzard chassis. Let me know any thoughts on a class like that.

This guess had one of our members polishing off his crystal ball for an amazing guess. Skillet missed his guess by an amazing .0003. Time to buy a lottery ticket Skillet. Here are the standings now, Skillet made a big move up with that guess. DynoMike still leads the pack however with a commanding lead. We will see if his predicting skills hold up. Hairy Canary also made a great guess on this one. Here are the standings.
#1 - DynoMike 21+9 = 30 #2 - JJWallace 20+3 = 23 #3 - Comet 15+7 = 22 tie #3 - Skillet 11+11 =22 #5 - GTS 16+4 = 20 #6 - ECBill 11+8 = 19 tie #6 - Hairy Canary 9+10 = 19 #8 - Mazda 12+6 = 18 #9 - Gibbo61 10+0 = 10 tie #9 - Bluesguy 5+5 = 10 #11 - Finistauri 3+0 = 3

Here is the next car up for a guess. It is a 46 Ford with a Tomy Super G+ chassis, non stock gear set, braided pickups, wheelie bars rear Super tires and 2 extra traction magnets on it. Quicker than any stock Super G by quite a bit. The MPH on this car ran was 24.35 This one will probably be a little tougher to guess. Lets see how you great guessers do here. 46 Ford

Made a few of those with head & tail lights too. Mostly Trans Ams and Corvette GTs. The kids love em. Always want to turn the lights off. Moving toward a more pure stock might be a good idea. Perhaps making allowances for replacing Speed Shifter and Blazin Brakes gears with a normal crown. We could specify stock G+ crowns, or a specific ratio. If you do that, who knows, the old Z28 may attempt a comeback!

ECBill is first off the line with this one. Lets see how we do on this one. Can anybody beat a .0003 guess?? I doubt it.
