Picked this up today at Hobby Lobby. Seemed like a fair deal, about $10.00 cheaper than I could get it off ebay any given day. I grabbed the last 4-gear but they had about 8 tjet's and about 6 xtraction's, all at $19.99. Might be the same at your local store  .
I know we don't race these much here but the body is so well done, I couldn't resist  . |

They just built a new hobby lobby closer to me. You have encouraged me to make a trip there sooner than planned

Don't forget your 40% off coupon. Always available at their web site.
You can also order on line. The computer will show a selection of models available. They used to have an 800 number to call to make your selection but I believe you do it direct online now. Shipping might consume the savings form the coupon but still cheaper than most sources.

Slot cars must be hot. Hobby lobby was empty. Only had some track pieces and one 24 hour lemans set. I did sneak out to a hobby shop a little further away i found the vanishing point challenger. Pretty happy about that.  |

Sometimes good sometimes bad. I just enjoy building the cars and taking part in the very exciting events that you guys put on. Now that Woodcote (Andy) is doing racing over here it is just getting better. A lot of the HO guys over here, are getting into drag racing as there is no club racing due to the virus problem. We don’t get snow at Christmas, I think the last time we had it was many years ago. There maybe some in Scotland but not where I live. |
